The story of cultural planning
Years ago, I came across a single-copy book that was published twenty years ago. It was about what will be the situation and what challenges will it (a city in Iran) face for the next twenty years? Because this book was commissioned by one of the government agencies before the Islamic Revolution, it also offered important proposals in the form of a detailed plan for the future that direct some of the anticipated challenges to the desired situation.
As usual, this report was forgotten in the library and now, twenty years later this report was right in front of me. The anticipated challenges were so precise that they matched the current reports of the governor of the area at the time. I have repeatedly referred to the first page, introduction of the book, its end and back to be sure of the date of publication of the book, and it was unbelievable to me that there was knowledge that could predict future challenges and provide accurate planning with such precision to reach to the desired situation twenty years ago.
From there, I decided to pursue knowledge of cultural planning to achieve the desired future. In the first step, I participated in the master’s degree program of one of the universities which presented the trend of cultural planning for a limited period and then the same opportunity was provided for me at the doctoral level of management and cultural planning. But unfortunately, I soon realized that this knowledge has an immature, non-serious, and incomplete form in our universities and it cannot meet my spiritual and scientific needs with the extreme degree extremism that existed. After that, as a matter of course, whenever I received internal and external sources, articles, and experiences, I studied and summarized them with an insatiable thirst.
In several university courses, I tried to share some of what I learned with my dear students and in the end, I came to the conclusion that the best way to learn cultural planning is not to pursue theoretical and academic topics, but to find and practice solutions for cultural experiences.
Thus, I have defined at least a thousand program titles on explanation of program and cultural planning that has been experimentally studied and analyzed over the years. I set up an institute called “Futurism” to combine the experimental view of the program with methods to achieve the desired future. Along the way, I realized that academic discussions often focus on future research instead of planning for the future. After all these years and experiences, we decided to set up an experimental workshop on cultural planning with the help of some dear friends and colleagues in the presence of researchers interested in this subject, and the results of the analysis is at least two hundred cultural programs that will be avalable in this monthly journal. We hope that the results will be published in a simple and experimental format, without theoretical complexities, and will be shared with those interested. We hope that in the near future the experimental path of cultural planning will be achieved to cover the path for the desired future of our country.
The art of thinking
Mohsen Fardroo
Man is a creature with understanding and comprehension, and usually suffers from mental distress due to confusion. The brain flow of all human beings carries a variety of mental imaginations that are shaped by the excitement of everyday emotions and events. Like a roaring river, the constant and immediate movement reacts to internal and external stimuli.
Imaginations that are produced in the mind, pave the way for our thinking and future actions, as a result of reflection and contemplation.
It can be said that thinking is a kind of mental operation that is formed and processed as a result of psychological, internal and external stimuli of people in various imaginations.
In most parts of our lives, we are preoccupied with thinking, the various disciplines of mental imagination are rapidly evolving, and no results can be obtained unless the mind is able to organize and Eliminate these diverse perceptions and summarize a subject.
At this stage, thinking in the form of coherent and categorized awareness strengthens our consciousness, otherwise it will become a constant mental distress.
Thoughtful human beings are those who have succeeded in controlling their turbulent mental flow with awareness and enlightenment.
Eliminating excesses means eliminating scattered ideas and selecting and choosing the right and relevant ideas.
We need insight to enlighten the mind. Insight is a kind of introspection and deep reflection on ourselves and the environment around us. Insight, understanding of feelings, perceptions, awareness and ignorance are the desires and motivations of an individual and others around.
Compare a child’s thoughts with that of an intellectual. There are many similarities between their ideas, except that the mental imagery of intellectual is more thought-provoking and coherent.
When emotions, temptations, negative stimuli, and disappointing perceptions are uncontrollable, they will stop thinking as a Barrier and prevent the development of pure and coherent thoughts.
constructive thinking is free of the temptations and wrong and negative motivations, and they have a rational and contemplative form. Thinking is constructive.
The program is the result of preparing the mind and mental activities and integrating the correct ideas and guiding it towards logical goals.
Constructive thinking is far from criminal, prejudice, mental and psychological imaginations and it has been organized and eliminated excess through the right, logical, orderly and coherent way.
The lives of ordinary people become imitative and unplanned life when constructive and thoughtful thinking is not possible to be appeared.
Our world has become an opportunity to waste programmable thoughts and ideas. To use constructive thoughts, we need to study and strengthen the power of thought.
Scheduling in planning is the opposite of wasting time, and thinking in planning is the opposite of Useless thoughts. The basis of a program lies on the art of thinking, not in controlling time. Although wasting time is a dilemma, it is important to think carefully and strengthen your thinking.
Many people focus on solitude and the reduction of human contact, Interpersonal communication, while the art of thinking alone or in groups depends on our ability to cope with the accumulation of misconceptions.
Strengthening mindfulness is possible through teaching and learning the right methods, and it requires study to earn information and mental data.
History does not belong to the past, but an attempt to live here and now
Speech of Dr. Mohammad Hashem Rahnama
Cultural experience workshop
My acquaintance with Mr. Fardro dates back but the discussion of futures studies was beginning in 3 years ago. One of the tasks I was assigned was to study the history of the community in which we lived and other important and Attractive features that can be helpful and supportive. Given my specialty which is the subject of history and as stated its preamble, the concept of history is a different and non-practical concept.
The challenge I have been constantly involving is how to turn science in the new world, which is practical and forward-looking, into an important social issue. My impression was that we had a problem with the definition of history, and I seriously pursued that definition to review and redefine it.
In the work I pursued I came to the issue of culture and more Moreover, the definition of culture itself in Iran is very strange. In Tehran, together with Mr. Fardro, we had a seminar entitled “General Culture” with its components and indicators, which was later registered and published as a reference book collection, and how good it was because the lectures of the same seminar were given, became one of my sources and references for my research on reconsidering the definition of culture. There I saw a new definition of culture that led me to begin rebuilding it and find its relation to the discussion of history then that was the beginning of the attitude and concerns I had.
But what is product and achievement?
Culture in specialized and serious definition is the common semantic system of society which contrary to the common perception in Iran about customs, traditions, etc., is a kind of manifestation of culture, but the definition of the concept of culture is actually a common meaning which a society accepts and is based on the same common meaning of language.
Communication will not take place until each person is able to share the meaning of his or her words with the audience and the audience does not understand those concepts., This issue in our society has been seriously neglected. However, the depth of the issue is when a concept can take its place in society in the case of history, which is in fact an organized representation of the common meanings of human being in the past and the man now. Contrary to popular belief, history is not a matter of the past but an attempt to live in the present and how the present society is shaped by the concepts that have come down to us. The task of the science of history is to evaluate and measure these common concepts for our present life.
This was a serious concern for me, and I pursued how I should share common concepts with a society that imagines the history of fiction, grief, history, and how I should communicate to understand that the concept of history is what we are right here and now also the concept of life encompasses us, and if we understand history we have in fact understood our present life.
This requires serious and continuous work. One of the areas I worked on was tourism. I also have articles under the process of being registered and the point is no understanding of what I intended, besides there is a broad issue called “society”.
The way I was able to share the concepts of modern history and the science of history with society was the concept of tourism. In this case, it is necessary to explain; in our society, tourism is a very specific and repetitive issue. In this way, the meaning that is understood from tourism is entertainment, recreation and leisure. This meaning will not help the tourism industry at all.
What is being improved in the modern world is the economic system of countries, and much of it usually goes back to the definition of tourism by societies. Tourism in our society for various reasons remains only at the simple level because the concept of tourism like all other concepts is highly superficial and superstructure. What gives depth to tourism is the meaning of culture. If these two concepts, tourism and culture are put together which is usually referred to as “cultural tourism”, a new chapter in social issues and activities will open.
Cultural tourism is tourism that can seriously introduce a new civilization and a new land to the new world. The concepts in which there is a kind of connection and meaning, there is a deepness of a culture and a civilization and specifically peace.
This issue comes from the heart of cultural tourism and clearly arises from the redefinition of history and the science of history. As someone who specializes in history, I reviewed history based on a new meaning and concept, and one of the places I was able to try and one of the most important feedbacks I get is among students who go to tour institutions to get a “Tour guide certificate”, so it’s very appealing to them, and it’s respectable for me to be able to see that feedback. I have been working with these institutions for about nine years and during this time, even people whose field is not history and who have come mainly for tourism purposes they understand and are attracted to the concept that I am explaining to them. I am still in touch with a number of them, then there is a demand that these concepts be further opened and analyzed, it’s fun for them to get to know their world better now.
To sum up, a new look at culture strongly contributes to the social victory of the subject. One of the sciences that can make culture well is the science of history, and the potential in history of science itself has the possibility to be attractive to people and society, provided that a new and scientific definition of history is redefined in society.
Skills training with a systemic approach
Interview with Dr. Nekouei
When did you start teaching with systematic approach?
In the field of education, from kindergarten to adulthood and about chain of education, I have done a series of activities and one of the done with the cooperation of Dr. Mohsen Fardro and the late Hojjatoleslam Ahmadi one of the cultural and sympathetic people also a member of the “Cultural Revolution Council” he was a professor of philosophy at the University of Tehran and several other universities with a German philosophy approach that along his teaching, education, studying, and translation of books on “activity and education”, he had conducted a systematic and integrated approach to research.
There were two very important factors in this case that, new educational moves had to be made and secondly, he was always concerned about skills training. In this regard even German experts in the related field of research, education, economics and social affairs economics were invited and most consensus was reached. In these meetings the relationship between social and economic issues, education, age changes, how to approach education and how these issues should help each other and material accumulation were considered so that economically it is not just a waste.
I collaborated with the Construction Companies Syndicate on the issue of skills training, and one of the things we organized was to initiate a syndicate to launch a dual educational system in Iran. I emphasize that it is the beginning from kindergarten to death or after death it says this education that started from kindergarten will be remained after the death of every human being, because its effects on the lives of others continue and believes in connecting the effects. In this regard a magazine also has been published and I have an article about the report on visiting of “German delegation” that came to Iran in the union of construction companies with the help of the Chamber of Commerce which is the main consumer of trainings. Supervisors are neither the instructor nor the training center, but the consumer.
These points should be sent by cultural groups to the administrators and it should be stated that if the skills training is to be successful, the consumer should be presented, be directly in the process of training and be consulted in preparing the standards also they should have a direct presence, not just being physically present but engage the entire system.
In the book “Spirit of Nations”, the spirit of the Iranian nation has been analyzed in an interesting language. Iran Agriculture was compared to industrialized countries that play a role in dealing with machinery and mass production, and if a machine makes a mistake even one second the entire process and system will be faced with problem, but in one country with the agricultural economic system is no longer a matter of details, and we are faced with hours and days, months and even seasons and other factors are involved, such as climate, precipitation, and so on. There were many expectations for example, waiting for a force like rain to fall and make a good effect on them but in the industrialized country, according to the plan even a second everything will be taken into account and all of these will affect culture, mind and generations. therefore, we should try to include these issues and cultural discussions to which some misinterpretations of religion have been added, It should be examined and considered, and in this way changes and modifications can be made that are effective. In a society where people never play a role in the system, they are always waiting for external factors or others to make decisions or provide opportunities for them to do things and get results.
Education is not about when we’re alive, it’s about how we look at each other and how a mother looks at her baby or how a teacher treats a child in kindergarten and how these can affect a kid’s future life. For example, if you are a positive person you will transmit this energy to others and even next generation and vice versa.
Because of the effects that any behavior has on all issues for this reason in Germany, there is a strong emphasis on the issue of lifelong learning which continues from kindergarten to death. Of course we ourselves emphasize very much that life continues even after death and does not end with the death of life and even then a new stage will begin which is a return to God and God Himself is a collection of spirits and goodness but all of these should not be just a matter of words and in practice we should believe in it from heart, besides that’s a culture that needs to be accommodated. I hope that from the perspective of what you are doing for future, we can see very positive and helpful changes and effects on our future culture and society.
Since everything has to be considered as a framework and standard, and should be based on experience and careful planning to be effective and constructive, therefore we pursued skills training thoughts inspired by the experiences and knowledge of Germany. It can be said that Germany has the oldest effective and practical skills training system and they believe that the brand “Made in Germany” is indebted to technical and professional training, and although we are aware of the importance of this type of training so we should either go through it or in this field there will be no proper training and implementation.
If any skill work is done on the basis of principles, it will be purposeful and appropriate for the labor market. Also, it will be of great benefit to individuals but when it comes to education, it will be useless without a job market or just to raise data or spend budgets on education. What has made them successful in Germany is the relation between education, research and practice, and they examine the relationship between these three factors using a systemic approach for each task. With island methods and not considering any of these factors, we will not get the right result. Even when all of these factors are taken into account, how they interconnect is very important and it is significant to know where each of these factors will be involved in educational planning.
Expression and conversational skills
Speech by Ms. Rozita Taghizadeh
Workshop on cultural experiences
When it comes to speech and articulation, the first thing that comes to mind is the TV, radio, and person standing behind a podium or microphone and giving a speech, while the skills in conversation are very deeper, more fundamental and more essential than what it looks like. As someone who has served in radio and television and education for many years and has also worked in the field of learning and counseling disorders for about 9 years, I realized that the main problem, especially in our society, is that we don’t know how to speak correctly. We cannot state the simplest issues properly.
For example, in an apartment complex we have a car park problem, which is obviously solvable with a simple and friendly discourse but unfortunately due to the lack of skill in verbal communication, it leads to arguments and disputes between residents. The father does not know how to talk to his child, the child does not know how to talk to his parents, the teacher only teaches or writes formulas like a tape recorder, and there is no conversation between teacher and students or students together. Seventy-five percent of communications is through speech, and 85 percent of the key to the success of great people is related directly to the field of speech. Successful people have learned how to control of almost every single situation in their communications. This is a very important skill and unfortunately people convincing their weakness in their relationship with that “this is not in my gene”, “My father was also a shy or quiet person, so I can’t either”. While this is an acquired skill and requires training and this is how we can learn it.
Recently, there has been a lot of talk in cyberspace about education and the principles of art of expression, and related classes are being promoted but in fact it dates back to 4,500 years ago when Aristotle spoke of the miracle of the word. It is said that words are the prophet of communication. If we can choose the right words, Identify the suitable space and the audience, determine our goal and know where to use what words we can be successful in our conversations and even we will be able to convince people. In the Persian dictionary, there are about twenty thousand words. Yes, but the words we use during the day are only about 400-500 words. In the realm of words there are three categories of words in every individual’s mind: a set of words called “active words”. The second category is “passive words” and the next category is “strange and vague words”. Active words, such as words that are used frequently throughout the day and are repeated over and over again. Strange words are words that are not in our specialty, such as the words engineering, medics, and lawyers used which we do not deal with and If we encounter them one day, we can search them in the Internet and find its meaning. But there are a number of words in our minds that we do not use as a treasure. If someone uses these words, we will understand their meanings and realize them, but because we do not use them usually, they have not become the queen of our minds.
One of the techniques for increasing verbal skills is to pull out the words that are being buried in the corner of our minds and use them with the exercises in our conversations to become the queen of our minds.
Speech has many tricks; one is to learn how to be a good listener. We have not learned to listen well to others when someone speaks, the audience often thinks about what answer to give. Another point is that we do not know how to use body language. A face has the ability to create twenty thousand mimics, each of which conveys a sense, but most of us in conversations show a steady and flat face, which makes the audience and listeners tired of this repetitive state. As a listener and audience, if we hear a new word, we ignore it and disregard it so we often have a limited vocabulary. If we learn to listen well first and be a good and active listener, we can also influence the speaker.
Although we have a very rich literature, we are very incapable of using multiple words because we have a limited vocabulary, but we ignore this. Talking is inevitable for all of us. Sometimes, as an adult as the mother of the bride or groom, etc., we have to talk in different situations in public to do the right thing, to mediate, or even to introduce ourselves, but we often act poorly or avoid doing it.
Let’s say as individuals or social workers, we must be able to speak as workers, businessmen, employees, bosses, doctors, and so on. As Iranians and Persians, we need to strengthen our art of expression. The art of expression has nothing to do with speech, television or radio, it is a social skill that is necessary in all social fields. If a person has the highest degree but has not learned the art of expression, he or she will not be able to succeed. There are many problems related to this neglections in our education as well, and I wish they had taught me to speak and talk correctly instead of writing so much. Talking, addressing issues, giving conferences, defining memories, storytelling, and so on make the students pursue his or her weaknesses and expand the scope of his or her vocabulary.
Cultural planning,
The other side of social policy
Mohsen Fardroo
Social and cultural policy is related to all aspects of human society at the individual and collective levels, regional and public and the real life of all of us and it has a futuristic approach. The goal of social policy is to take appropriate and desirable actions to increase social welfare and it will be possible through cultural planning.
In cultural planning the basis is to pay attention to the cultural layers of society the people and social policy-making actions are carried out within the framework of the values, beliefs and lifestyles of the audience. The priority in cultural programs is to respond to the needs of society.
In today’s world where social policymakers work in a well harmony with the interests, budget and group goals. Cultural planners are the balance between the interests of individuals and parties with the preservation of the society’s cultural values.
Some philosophies define the shortcomings of social life as deprivation of ability and believe that social policy can enhance individual and communal capabilities. The dark side of social policy is when it weakens capabilities.
In the process of implementing social policies some individuals and groups may be ignored willingly or unwillingly then its destructive effects and side effects become apparent. It is at this point that cultural planning can differentiate between capabilities and abilities on issues such as social security, health, education, housing and social services, development and welfare programs and Increasing people’s willingness to live according to cultural values and beliefs.
Social policy knowledge focuses on meeting human needs, planning for allocating scarce resources and regulating activities to meet needs, but in this direction, it is important to strike a balance at the collective and individual levels. A controlling and balanced system is needed to prevent hidden conflicts, cultural and social harms, and this capability lies on cultural planning.
For example, the government is pursuing a policy to meet some of the domestic needs for expensive foreign cars, but the result of this policy is the cultural effects in the entry of foreign cars into the cultural sphere as a moral conflict in society.
The effects of self-aggrandizement and class differences, changes in beliefs and tastes, and the rise of luxury goods among the people are gradually becoming apparent. What can balance policies is a kind of cultural planning that thinks about its value effects and cultural implications before implementing policies and with the necessary predictions, reduces the effects of these policies in favor of balancing society on the way to implementation.
The issue of social levels, identity, the feeling of relative deprivation, gender inequality, poverty, productivity, life expectancy, social security, age, generations, family, population, emotional relationships, well-being and so on, all in social policy paying attention to their cultural dimension is ahead of other dimensions.
In social policy we are fronting plans. A plan is set of related projects that are implemented to achieve a specific goal or objectives. But in cultural planning, we are faced only with a project. A project is a set of specific actions and activities with logical relationship with each other which is done to achieve a certain goal and does not have the form of repetition.
In cultural planning, projects are carried out for the first time and do not have a formative and repetitive form. Each project has its own logical frameworks, limitations and special value. Cultural planning projects, like other projects can be executive or service base.
The most important element of cultural planning is to anticipate all the necessary measures and how to do them to achieve certain goals, besides cultural planning is defined as doing planning work in accordance with the cultural layers.
we must try and be constantly up to date
Habib Mohammadi,
In this regard due to my personal interest I have had and will have various studies, but if we want to look more closely at this we should look at the history of the world especially the history of human beings, then we see that the pace of progress and changes in human beings is progressively advancing and increasing day by day. Maybe thousand years or a few million years ago, humans made small changes every one million years or every one hundred or two hundred thousand years, but if we look at Homo sapiens from this perspective the rate of change is increasing especially since the agricultural era. Once again when human societies and civilizations were created also in the age of industry and now in the digital age the speed of change and the pace of change in information, communication and more become multiplied.
This means that if our ancestors had experienced small changes in every city and land every hundred years it would happen now every ten years or even less and whether we like it or not we are moving towards globalization because the planet is much smaller than It is that we can’t be separated by these borders. Esperanto is now becoming more common although it may not become a universal language but humans eventually will move towards a single language. Human relationships with each other and their needs bring them closer together in different ways. If we go back to two hundred years ago, the clothes and clothing of each region were different also from that it was possible to understand which region it belongs to, but now the clothes of all the people of the world are almost similar and usually will look similar in the next fifty years and we won’t see much difference.
language will be the same, Cultures will intertwine and affect each other, cultures that are richer and stronger will have a greater impact. Some languages will disappear. As linguists believe that every two or three days one of the world’s smallest languages disappears and in general the language is changing, and most importantly we have one thing in common: that is planet. It is the home of all of us so because of this, whatever we do will affect other parts of the world; This will lead to globalization and it will be inevitable.
There was a time when hunting was the job of humans, but in the age of agriculture and animal husbandry their job changed according to their needs. In the industrial age of technocrats, factories, specialists and universities came into being, and now we are witnessing all kinds of creation. New jobs have been created and a number of jobs will be lost. Naturally, it will be inevitable that we will move towards a new world. Of course, it will be very difficult to imagine what the future holds but to some extent based on previous data and what has happened it is possible to predict. In the future, a number of jobs will be laid off, technology will be much more visible, and in fact religions will lose their power and their original followers, not completely, but it will not be as it is now. Humans will have a new look and meaning. The concept of God will change and the view of God will deepen. As Mulla Sadra’s words, with the expansion of our minds God will also be greater, and in the eyes of many people, God will be greater in future.
And this interaction of societies makes the societies that are richer and stronger to have more influence on others and the structure of governments will change because no government can be autonomous because all societies have a continuous relationship and for a thousand and one reasons. It has to relate to other societies, and that’s why the structure of governments will be almost identical and because of the great interconnectedness of human beings these structures will change. It can’t be said for exactly a few more centuries but there will be no such thing as race, and because humans marry other people around the world there will be less of a future as a particular or pure race, and each culture retains its own language but there will be or will be a common language between all countries.
This common human desire makes people look at something new. If every culture fails to preserve the originality of its culture it will inevitably lose its culture in this cycle of development, as many indigenous cultures in the world have perished such as the indigenous culture of Australia or the American Indians, of which nothing remains and they couldn’t keep it well so they were defeated by Western culture, but some cultures I think will remain, like the culture of the Chinese, the Indians, and the Japanese, which will retain it to some extent. The probability of the survival of Iranian culture is high but I am not sure how much and in what way, but then again, I hope that more efforts will be made in this regard so that we can preserve this culture.
When the concept of race or region disappears superiority will not make sense and everyone will live together as a federal or a different state perhaps with a single government as an observer, not as an order in which governments will be autonomous but under the supervision of a larger observer.
According to my studies in the field of cognitive sciences that part of which is related to artificial intelligence and my special interest in this subject will help me to have a large extent to this journey in the future.
think robots enter human life, and much faster than we think even in the next ten years robots may be a very common thing in human life, everyone will have a robot in their home that provides us with the information we need. Anything we ask will tell us, there will be holographic TVs, there will be high-antenna phones that will always be available and active, and to a large extent the concept of space hidden space and personal environment will fade and everything will be more naked.
Although it’s a little hard to imagine, robots will do a lot of our works and the fact that we can grow in the humanities as well as the experimental sciences can be very useful at that time, something that humans haven’t done enough in recent centuries. It didn’t work and we were often caught up in scientism or sectarianism which was very wrong in both cases and it left us far behind in terms of the humanities and experimental sciences. If we look back from two thousand years ago we see that the engineering and experimental sciences have made tremendous progress but the humanities have not made much progress in compare of Aristotle, Plato, and the prophets world and we have not made much progress in this regard. I think that’s dangerous; the concept of globalization must be created and now its movement has been formed in Europe and the United States, with the theme that “I am from the earth” means that we no longer belong anywhere.
Of course, it will take time for this movement to take place but in any case, we must accept the fact that we, our children and future generations will face these realities. For example, a person lives in Shiraz but has a job in China. The person who is in Iran and manages his or her own company in South the transportation will be much faster, the vehicles will have more power, the jobs will have a different meaning, many jobs will be done from home, genetic engineering will change the way we eat, and many disabilities will not exist
It can be said that in the future, science will in some ways create comfort and in other respects will cause limitations for human beings. I hope that along with the advancement of engineering, experimental and medical sciences, we will be able to advance the scientific skills, but in order to progress in this field we need realism not the tendency to old and long-standing beliefs. Beliefs need to be updated and if that doesn’t happen it’s going to mean that people who aren’t up-to-date are more likely to disappear and be eliminated in global growth. Just like when the British went to Australia many Indigenous people were deported to Australia, or when the Spaniards went to the United States many of them were deported and considered savages.
In each period, the powers have been different but, in any case, it is the powers that always speak first. in the world our species has completely destroyed the Neanderthals and in fact we have even destroyed all human species, and this is a reality. There have been many genocides throughout history and some generations have been wiped out but humans think they have become civilized, while human beings justify themselves if we speak about power they will bring reasons. so, if a country or a society is very powerful It is possible that with this justification, other societies will be weakened and their land or resources will be taken over and human beings will be under their influence and in various forms they will not even use manpower and consider robots for this purpose or achieve their desires through biological warfare or any other method.
Those who have not changed in this cycle, have not been updated and are backward, and are somehow costly to the international community will most likely either move towards change or be eliminated or they will become a kind of new system of slavery. They will enter the cycle of modern slavery which will either work for large corporations or become laboratory mice and unfortunately as history has shown, they will have no public power. It has always been the case in human history that the process of human development has not been very fair and many times numerous human beings have been unfairly killed, only because the opposite group has been stronger than them. Even now in modern human societies, due to the inefficiency of individuals engineering management may be left to robots and robots can make a big difference in this regard.
In general, the situation in the future will not be at all like now and there will be many changes, so it is better to see these changes and be aware so in fact try to understand it and master it instead of escaping. Awareness of this issue in the future can be very helpful to us, our children, our generation and even the international community. But nature teaches us that we have to go back the same way. As the galaxy and the universe as a larger complex will have a physical impact given that human life is very small compared to stars and galaxies, and the presence or absence of humans will not affect them, but I think we need to learn new sciences. We should not look at the world from a sectarian or tribal point of view. The tribal view holds people back and makes it impossible for us to have a comprehensive worldview so this will hurt us and our generations.
In the book I wrote ten years ago, I mentioned that the planet does not belong to a specific human species at all we are a kind as the rest of other species except that we are smarter and the planet belongs to all animals and creatures on the plant. So, we have to use this awareness and the self-awareness that we have and that we have known ourselves to some extent also accept the changes so that we can change the peaceful relationship and balance with this path. However, in the process of human movement nature and the universe will do their work, nature which in Khayyam’s words, is older than us will stop man with its system and mechanisms in various form, unless we destroy it which is the worse result.
So, we have to take a comprehensive look at the future. We must be careful to increase our ability to think critically and not to look at scientific Western and Eastern issues one-dimensionally, but to deal with issues as a critique. Let’s learn the best of everything and do our best. We have to believe in ourselves very much and it is very important to know that no one is going to make a decision for us, but we have to make our own decisions. This is a nightmare that I have and I do not want Iran to be a weak country in the future that other countries decide for it so we should try to reach a global view together, we should be a smart and capable country, learn to be anywhere in the world. To bring healthy and valuable human beings to power so that we can build a strong world for ourselves and have a healthier land to give birth to healthy children and to create a kind of healthy society in which human beings can respect each other’s rights, the rights of forests, respect nature and animals and the earth, promote each other and create generations that they are not costly, generations that cause each other to grow and prosper. In my opinion, any idea and ideal can be created with effort, provided that we acquire the skill and to achieve it we must try and be constantly up to date, listen to all opinions and if it is efficient and useful take advantage of it. Let’s not reject any theory and let’s not be prejudiced against any theory, and let there be no idea that this is certainly true, and that we are far from sanctimonious and abhorrence

Hello, this is Sajjad Norouzian and here is the “Café Narengi”
The more we play with words, the more their concepts change and move away from their original meaning. The word “skill” is the same as these kinds of words. I called the professor and asked about the “skill”, I said that the name of the skill that comes to my mind, I personally remember the technical and professional workshops, the embroidery, sewing, pottery, etc. workshops, which we just have to pass the courses until one get a degree to find a job. The professor smiled and said, “Can you take a note now?” I said yes, yes, Master, I’m ready. The professor continued with the same calmness, see Sajjad: skills are divided into three categories: technical skills, human skills and perceptual skills. Technical skills are what we do with our hands and deal with them with tools. human skills such as some skills like understanding colleagues, motivation, importance and ability to do teamwork and perceptual skills such as thinking, diagnosing and analyzing the subject and planning a process from thought to execution. Perceptual skills are purely subjective skills, human skills, some of which are subjective and some of which are practical. Technical skills, are said to be almost practical skills. I asked the teacher, they said in school that understanding the question is half the answer, is that the same as mental skill? That means, if we understand what the issue is, are we fifty percent ahead?
Of course, the function of skills is twofold: “a series of general skills that are used in everyday life, family relationships, job relationships and communication with colleagues, and a series of skills are also professional skills,” he said. For example, a person who is skilled in a field and earns a living for it and spends his life through it. Skills are also divided into general skills and job skills.
I asked, “Master, what does the word ‘skill’ mean that we hear so much everywhere?” I myself have difficulty defining this word.
The professor said: “If someone is skilled in something and is clear about what he is doing and is somehow sure that he will reach his goal, we can say that person is skilled in that job.” Defining a skill in a general way is: “Having the confidence to achieve a goal and looking at it from a professional point of view is a competency, and it can be said that the person deserves it and can do it well from the beginning to the end.
I asked: Master, as you are aware I have taken several instrument training courses and learned them, and I play well when I play for myself but in the presence of someone else I get a little confused about the rhythm of oppression or forget the notes; If the number of people increases, I will be more stressed or if I am going to perform on stage I can’t at all. The fact that a musician goes to the top of the stage and does his job well with this amount of crowd, looks and attention means that this person has been able to do this so play and perform melodies and notes with complete confidence. Is this the same as skill?
“Incidentally, the instrument and the music are good examples they show that someone who is going to have a skill needs a lot of practices, perseverance and exercise, meaning that no one can be a good musician but not a practitioner,” he said. Skills are usually strengthened and sustained by practice and one can claim to be proficient in one area. Thus, keep in mind that practicing is a very important factor in gaining skills and achieving skills requires experience. Along with that, the professor pointed out an interesting fact that every skill that a person acquires increases his chances of success by at least two or three times more. This means that if a person, for example acquires skills in three or five subjects, his success rate will be at least six to seven times higher then his chances of success will be even higher.
Another point that Master said was that skill would eliminate people’s fears. There is no fear when they repeat and practice and the skill is strengthened. That’s why some people are very good at what they do and they do it well so they are not afraid, because they have practiced very well to do it.
I thanked the professor and hung up. Now I have a good idea of the concept of skill and its types and functions. Indeed, the conversation that took place between me and the professor, which I described to you, was quite real.
Take care of yourself and love each other
On the importance of writing and writers
By: Mir Hadi Seyed Mousavi
Certainly, the current culture of any part of the world has been formed over a long period of time. What affects us in a country or a region of the world in our human behavior, to the extent that in everyday conversations those behaviors and the name of that region become a proverb, is in fact the output of a country’s many years of effort and its people.
In the formation of such cultures, many things have gone hand in hand. But the colorful color of art and what is related to art cannot be considered insignificant in the formation of culture. Many thinkers in the social and historical spheres have known that human beings have been moving forward in the formation of civilization since man learned to paint natural colors on the walls of caves. The same thinkers have clearly acknowledged in historical books that human history and civilization evolved when the Sumerians and Indians invented handwriting and writing.
In my point of view writing and writer play a very important role in shaping cultural goals and approaches. Many of us have heard elders say, “The pen is in the hands of the enemy.” Such statements point to the importance of the author’s writing. Now, it is enough to go to the books of that country if we feel good about the culture and behaviors of a country and find it complete, and sometimes we even come to the conclusion that only that country is a place to live. Not the books that today’s authors write. Rather, the books were written by authors fifty years ago. It is only then that we realize that for years, the country’s writers have done nothing in their writings and books and novels in the form of love and social stories, and sometimes police and politic genres.
For example, I recently read a book by the great English writer Somerset Maugham (1874-1965), who spent most of his life in France and had traveled extensively to the United States and even the East of the world. A long and beautiful social and romantic novel. The story revolves around the 1920s in the United States and France, in which a young boy who has just returned from the war is in a different mood from what happened in the war and can no longer easily cope with the daily routine of his life. Going to a party, having fun and having a daily job is not a cure for his rebellious and questionable soul, while his fiancé who ironically loves each other, is very fond of going to parties and having a luxurious life and buying colorful clothes, having a servant and enjoying life. According to the girl, a man becomes a man when he has a fixed job with a decent income. Eventually, the two split up, and the boy spent the next ten years of his life traveling to different parts of the world to find answers to his soul’s questions. He calms down and, on his return, he has become a man with great inner strength and strong faith in his goal. During this time, the girl is married to a very rich boy who has gone bankrupt at the height of his life and the girl’s uncle helps them to stand on their own feet. The point to consider in this story is that after ten years in the story, we see that the girl still has a heart for the man and still loves him, even though she has all the desires she had for life with the rich man but the boy is not like that. Throughout the story, the author does not question the choice of any of these people, but simply expresses the course of their lives as a result of their choice. Rather, it is the reader himself who can choose which of these ways he wants to live more but the author does not judge.
The “Blade Edge” book has a fluent and engaging story that draws the reader in with its soft, powerful writing. Two movies have been made from this book, which have always been successful in its time and in the following years, which is a testament to the success of this book. But what was very thought-provoking for me in reading this book was that about 80 years ago, the author faced many challenges for his readers, and the answer to each of these challenges is very influential in shaping culture.
Challenges such as what is the best choice for marriage. Either the stereotypical question of science or wealth is better, or there is a big difference between pleasure and happiness, and most people think of it as one, can be seen in this book.
The fact that the fathers and mothers of today’s generation of young people have thought about, makes it even more important to write these kinds of books. There are many such examples.
In a brief return to the history of our country’s literature, we will see that we have also had many influential writers. Our classical period, with the presence of great writers and poets provides transcendental power to our culture and literature. While we may be familiar with only a few big names in classical literature in the Western realm, there are many such names in our history. But what makes this literature so influential today or it may not have a strong impact on young people and the public for many years? it is using hard literature, especially in the form of poetry and order. This difficulty is also seen in Western classical literature, but from one stage onwards the writers, no matter how powerful are as fluent as their writings and novels, simple and uncomplicated. This is the reason why everyone, young and old, has read the story and while enjoying a love story, they have thought about the events and life of the characters in the story and their destiny. Over time, these small thoughts have changed the behavior of each individual and ultimately manifested themselves in the culture of that community over the years.
This must be the role of our modern writer that is, in the form of beautiful, readable, and fluent stories that have been magnified without emotional excitement – like the series Unfortunately for “Our Dear Neighbor”! – The reader should accompany himself to the end of the book, and in the meantime, express the cultural challenges that we face today and examine the approaches of the character of his story with these challenges based on reality. This way, the reader will think about these issues at the end or during the story, and in the same way, over the years we will be able to establish the right cultural influences.
Unfortunately, today we rarely see these issues in the country regarding novels. The novels either have the same overly emotional stories or the author tries to show his literary power to the reader with a complex writing and story. Sometimes writers get into literary isms and, for example, want to write magical realism, but even a best detective can’t tell the story!
In any case, writing and writer will play an important role in building the culture of a country, and this role can only be summed up in the storytelling of that author. Let thinkers and professors write philosophical, mystical, historical, and other books. Let’s just tell a story, a good story, fluent, tangible and thought-provoking, stories that shed light, in order to promote the culture of our country.
